Details
The selected candidates will go through 18 months intensive programme to hone their skills in their respective disciplines. The ideal candidates will be fresh graduates or those with less than 3 years experience.
The training programme will equip candidates with the special skills in their respective discipline, to enable them to take up challenges by starting on a higher level. The selection process would be through tests, group discussions and interviews.
